GravityPeople’s roots in technology recruiting date back to March of 1998. Today our Search business unit helps technology companies fill roles in marketing, product management and engineering.

While employing traditional contractual and payment methods, our Search business unit is by no means conventional. Prior to managing client accounts, our specialists undergo a 9-12 month apprenticeship. Designed to enable our team to be knowledgeable, efficient, and empathetic, we have graduated some of the most successful technology recruiting specialists in the United States.
