If Your Resume Is On The Internet...

If you have published your resume on the internet and we contact you about an opportunity, it is because we have an opportunity that matches your background.

If you are interested in exploring it further it is very likely that we will arrange an interview with our client.

Passive Job Seekers

Our recruiters also identify people who are not active job seekers. We may find your name in an industry publication or it may have been given to us by a colleague. If you are contacted in this manner, it is because we have a client that is interested in people with your background or that work for your company.

If we call you at work, we realize it may be difficult to have a conversation at that time—and we will work with you to arrange a better time to speak freely.

Submission to Company's Careers Site

If you submit a resume to one of our clients' careers sites, and we host the site, you will be contacted whether you are a fit or not. When you are contacted in this manner, you can think of us as a member of their internal recruiting staff.

We Personally Review Every Submission

We do not use screening bots. If you respond to one of our job postings your resume will be reviewed by a representative at GravityPeople.
